How to book my paris vacation apartment rental?
To book your dates just fill out the inquiry form on the page of the short term rental apartment you would like to reserve. When possible, try to provide us with a second or third choice of furnished apartments in case the one you have chosen is not available. We assure you a reply within 24 hours of your request.
You will need to make at least a 50% deposit payment of the rental fee. The remainder, along with the security deposit ,will be due 30 days before your arrival. Should you prefer to make a wire transfer, please ensure that it would arrive 30 days before your arrival in Paris.
For last minute bookings, a credit card payment is the only accepted method of payment for at least 50% of the rental fee .The remainder may be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
All of our apartment to rent in paris require a 300 € security deposit.
What is included in the rental price?
Your rental fee includes all taxes and charges except for the 300 € refundable security deposit. There are absolutely no "hidden" charges.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
For all our apartments we accept:
-Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers and money orders
-Credit cards will be processed through our PayPal account. PayPal is a secure server that does not provide us with access to your crédit card détails.
-Wire transfers should be wired into our bank account (exact information will be supplied at time of confirmation).
What is the security deposit for?
The security deposit is a cautionary payment to cover any damages caused to your paris apartments rentals during your stay. By renting one of our paris vacation apartment rental, the renter agrees to pay the différence should any damage exceed the amount of the security deposit. Should the apartment require more than normal cleaning after your stay, we also reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to assist the owner in the additional costs of cleaning.
We would like to keep the amount of this deposit low so we ask all our guests to please respect the apartments and to let us know as soon as possible about any breakage or damage.
When will our security deposit be refunded?
The security deposit is refunded within 7 to10 days of your departure assuming there has been no cause to withhold it either in part or in full.
If your security deposit was paid by credit card through our PayPal server, it will be refunded to your credit card through PayPal.
The date you will see it on your bank statement depends on your bank. However, should you have doubts as to whether you were refunded,
feel free to contact us.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hope that you don't cancel your paris vacation apartment rental, but if for any reason you do, our policy is to fully refund your payment if we succeed at re-reserving the dates we had booked for you less a 50 € processing fee. If we are unable to re-book thèse dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment.
What happens when we arrive at our short term rental apartment in paris?
You will be met at the apartment by one of our agents and given an orientation to help you get settled in the apartment and the neighborhood.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes, all linen and towels are provided for the number of people offcially staying in the apartment.
Should you need any additional supplies, do not hesitate to let us know.
Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Though we are pet lovers, we can not allow pets in the apartments.
