If no one is arriving or departing the same day as you, we can be flexible with the times of check-in/out. If somebody is departing just before your arrival, and as we understand that most flights from the US arrive early in the morning, you may be able to stop by to drop off your luggage, in your vacation apartments for rent paris to be able to start exploring Paris in good condition. We ask you to please supply us with your exact arrival information as soon as possible so that we can arrange for you to be met at the apartment when you arrive.

Booking Deposit
To confirm the booking of your paris vacation rentals, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of your rental fee can be paid right at the reservation or in cash when you get to your apartment.

Cancellation Policy
We hope that you don't cancel your short term rental in paris, but if for any reason you do, our policy is to fully refund your payment if we succeed at re-reserving the dates we had booked for you, less a 50 € processing fee. If we are unable to re-book thèse dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment.

Security Deposit
All of our apartments for rent in paris require a 300 € security deposit. We kindly ask you to replace anything that is broken or damaged during your stay, and to please let us know as soon as possible. We also ask that you leave the apartment in good order when you leave. If we feel that the apartment has been left in an great disarray, we reserve the right to keep part of your security deposit to help our owners cover the additional costs of cleaning. The payment of the security deposit will need to be made by credit card through our PayPal account unless other arrangements are made prior to your arrival. The deposit will be refunded to your credit card through PayPal, provided all is in order, within 7-10 days of your departure from the apartment.

Insurance
We have regular homeowners insurance but this does not cover things such as theft or harm caused to our guests. In accepting the short term apartment rental paris, you agree to not hold either Your Paris Rental nor the individual owners responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Your Paris Rental will never willfully share your personal information with any third party without your consent. The information sollicited is for our personal use and for statistical purposes only or to be able to contact you should any problems or questions arise. If you are paying by credit card through PayPal, please note that we do not at any time have access to your credit card or other financial details.
